Any fruit Smoothie is definitely a refreshing one and serves a complete breakfast.
Ingredients for Strawberry Smoothie:
- Strawberries – 1 cup
- Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- Flavoured Milk (Any flavour preferably almond)- 1/2 cup
- Walnut (cut into small pieces) – 2 tablespoon
- Sugar – 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate syrup – 1 teaspoon (optional)
- For a perfect strawberry smoothie , Take a blender, add all the above mentioned ingredients.
- Blend it until the ingredients are blended properly (without chunks).
- Refrigerate for 5 min and serve it.
